Cross Divisional Hub

The Cross Divisional Research Hub is a Specialist Research Team including Consultants, Specialist Nurses, Research Practitioners, Allied Health professionals, Clinical Trials Pharmacist and Clinical Trials Managers.

Cross Divisional Hub team works collaboratively with clinicians, service support departments and researchers  within MFT, Universities, pharmaceutical companies,  other NHS Trusts and patient groups  to drive and lead on research and clinical trials across many disease specialities.  We draw on scientific and clinical excellence to promote and carry out  research which contributes to improvements in patient treatment and care.

Our aim is to bring research to the bedside for patients and improve the quality of life for patients and their families with the opportunities  to participate in today’s research which is tomorrow’s treatment. Cross Divisional Hub  is leading the way in changing how future patients are treated and the diseases are managed.

Cross Divisional Hub undertakes research in various ways from Clinical Trials of Investigational Medicinal Product studies from ( Phase III to Phase IV) and non-Investigational Medicinal Product,  Interventional,  observational studies and medical devices trials.  Cross Divisional Hub also support students and new researchers in their quest into the world of medical innovation.
